Livestock Project Required Forms
Shawano County Livestock Project Record 4-H and FFA Members: Submit one copy of both pages to the Shawano County Fair Office by August 1st. These forms should be completed up to August 1st of the current year. You can submit the form by email to: shawanofair@gmail.com, or Mail to: Shawano County Fair, P.O. Box 454, Shawano, WI 54166 or drop off at the Shawano County Fair Office.
